This bed is overstuffed with "high-memory" fiber fill, the same quality found in sofa cushions.The bottom cushion is two layers: a soft "high-memory" fiber and a convoluted "egg carton" foam. Bowsers pet beds are machine washable cold water and dryable cool gentle setting. The removable bottom cushion can be used as a travel mat or crate mat.
